We are happy to invite you to the 8th National Hand Rehabilitation Congress which will take place at Bodrum La Blance Island Hotel between May 16 - 19, 2025.
This year, at the firsthand rehabilitation congress of the second century of our republic, with the main theme of 'The Future of Hand Rehabilitation: Change and Development', we aim to present a view of the future through today's eyes by discussing current developments and future perspectives. The congress program includes a wide range of presentations and discussions, from technological innovations to transformation in education, from innovative approaches in clinical practice to discoveries in basic sciences. We hope that this special event, which will include valuable domestic and international speakers, interactive sessions, applied workshops and courses, will give you an unforgettable experience. We invite you to participate in this meaningful congress and shape the development of hand rehabilitation and the future of our association together. We offer our respect and love.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Deadline for Abstract Submission: April 14, 2025
Spelling Rules:
Abstracts will only be accepted via the online submission system.
Academic titles should not be used in author names.
The first letter of the name should be written in capital letters, and the last name should be written in all capital letters.
E.g.: Ahmet TEMEL
Name and address of the institution in which the author is employed, should be stated.
E.g.: Xxxx University Medical Faculty, Department Of Xxxx, İzmir, Turkey
All abstract headings should be written in capital letters.
E.g.: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXX XXXX XXXX
The abbreviation should be given in parentheses on the first use next to the open name.
In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
The summary should be written using the headings purpose, method, findings and conclusion.
The abstract should not exceed 400 words excluding the abstract title and name & surname of the author.
An abstract that does not match with anyone of the rules mentioned above, will be disabled.
Important Notice:
If you use the online abstract system for the first time, register to system via the "New User" link.
After the registration procedure, the explanations at the page will guide you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully.
Since the abstracts will be printed as they are sent, attention should be paid to spelling errors.
Please keep the confirmation mail sent to your e- mail address right after the abstract submission.
You can track the evaluation process of your abstract over the system by using your e - mail and password.
Abstracts that have not been finalized even though they are logged into the system will not be accepted.
An author can present a maximum of 2 papers.
Abstract Evaluation:
The evaluation will be made over the internet by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the accepted paper to be included in the congress program, at least one of the authors must register for the congress. The evaluation result will be sent to the authors as a final letter.

Congress Dates and Venue:
The congress will be held between May 16 – 19, 2025 at La Blanche Island Hotel, Bodrum.
Congress Language:
The official language of the congress is Turkish.
Registration & Help Desk:
Registration and Help Desk will be open during the congress dates between 08.00 – 20.00.
Invitation Letter:
Official invitation letter can be sent on demand to help to have an acceptance from their institution or company. This letter does not ensure any financial support.
Name Badges:
All participants must have and wear their name badges during the congress to enter scientific sessions, exhibition areas, poster areas and other social networking activities to provide security and order.
Certificate of Participation:
Certificate of participation will be prepared digitally and delivered to participants.
Abstract Submission:
Abstracts should be submitted through Abstract Agent (www.elrehabkongre.com), Online Abstract Module. The accepted abstracts will be printed exactly as submitted so please do check carefully before submitting.
Exhibition Area:
The pharmaceutical companies and medical equipment companies will be able to exhibit their products at the exhibition area located in the congress venue. The exhibition will be open during whole congress.

External Participation Information
All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Ege Kongre. If accommodation is not made through Ege Kongre or if a reservation is made at the congress hotel or a different hotel through different sources, a daily external participation fee of 3.150 TL + 20% VAT will be requested in addition to the registration fee from those who will attend the congress.
- * The specified fee is valid between 09.00 - 18.00.
Transfer Information:
- * Group transfer between congress dates; 16 May 2025 arrival - 19 May 2025, return the group two-way transfer price between Milas-Bodrum Airport and Congress Hotel is 5.800 TL.
- * Individual and private transfer requests will be budgeted separately.
- * Requests with incomplete payments will not be confirmed and all payments must be completed before the event.
- * 20% VAT will be added to the specified transfer prices.
Cancellation Conditions
- • Cancellation requests must be notified in writing.
- • For cancellations notified until February 14, 2025, the full fee will be refunded.
- • Cancellations made after February 14, 2025 cannot be refunded. However, name changes will be accepted.
- • All refunds will be made within the month following the end of the Congress.
